The Herbert Hoover
Presidential Suite can be easily configured to hold a meeting up to 16
people.
The dining room has
a large wooden table and chairs for 10 people.
The leather
furniture in the connecting living room can be moved to set up another
table creating a meeting table for 16 people.
Guests may bring
their own food and beverage. We can provide TV, VCR, and DVD
Player. All other AV equipment guests must provide.
If you would like a
morning meeting, reserve the suite the evening before to ensure is is
available the following morning. We can extend check out time to
1:00 PM. If you need the suite longer - and not past 4:00 PM - a
half day rate applies ($100.) Past 4:00 PM a full day charge
applies of $199 plus tax.
